1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mikromation website (mikromation.com) and any services provided by Mikromation ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Mikromation provides AI automation consulting and workflow development services, including but not limited to:
- Custom automation workflow design and development using tools such as n8n, Make.com, and similar platforms
- AI chatbot and assistant development using OpenAI, Anthropic, and related APIs
- CRM integration and sales pipeline automation
- Document processing and data extraction automation
- Lead generation and outreach automation
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal prior to work commencing.
3. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
- Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications via our contact channels
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website including text, design, graphics, and the inline SVG logo is the property of Mikromation and may not be reproduced without written permission.
For client projects: unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you receive a perpetual licence to use all custom automations and workflows we deliver. We retain the right to use the project as a case study (with your permission) and to reuse general methodologies in future work.
5. Limitation of liability
Mikromation's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss resulting from your use of our deliverables.
Automated systems carry inherent operational risk. We test thoroughly before handover, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms (n8n, OpenAI, HubSpot, etc.) that our automations rely upon.
6. Payment
Payment terms for individual engagements are specified in each service agreement. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due upon delivery. Overdue invoices may result in suspension of support and maintenance.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as strictly confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
